Dr. Hung-Yi Chen is Assistant Dean, Academic Director (Master of Finance Program) & Asst. Professor at Zhejiang University International Business School. Dr. Chen is the founding academic director of their Master of Finance programme at International Business School, Zhejiang University (QS World Rankings #45). Prior to his career at Zhejiang University, He served as Asia-Pacific Region Manager for Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance (CCAF), Judge Business School at University of Cambridge. At CCAF, he managed FinTech research activities and expanded international outreach across Asia-Pacific countries. Dr. Chen co-authored six impactful reports published by CCAF to review FinTech development and regulation in the region.

Social Psychologist (certified both in Social and Organisational Psychology and as Communities Psychology), with a Master of Science in Environmental Psychology, Executive Master in Project Management, Professional Certification in Business Continuity Management and Professional Certification as Trainer. Working in Europe and Africa, she has over 20 years professional experience having managed studies and projects aiming to develop communities’ sustainability and resilience on the following areas: Risk Assessment and Risk Communication; Monitoring and Evaluation; Environmental, Social and Psychosocial studies (including gender studies); Environmental, Social and Health Impact Assessment; Resettlement Action Plans; Com-munication Plans, Public Participation and Community Engagement Processes (including managing Local Committees); Strategic and Operational Plans for Sustainable Development; Human Resources Systems, Training and Capacity Building, Awareness and Behavioural Change Programs. Dalila has broad experience working in the fields of Cities’ Planning, Transport, Energy, Waste, Industry, Tourism, Water and Health.
